Job summary

Infojini Inc is seeking a senior IT leader to own IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, networking, security and IT support operations in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leads the IT Infrastructure & Support team, and ensures strong ITSM, SLA management and procurement governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Microsoft technologies, networking and IT support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, ZTNA/SASE, VPNs, firewalls and network security.
• Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits and compliance.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management.
• Manage Microsoft Intune/UEM, endpoint security and device lifecycle.
• Own LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN/ZTNA, firewalls, DNS/DHCP and office infrastructure.
• Drive IT support, ITSM, SLA management, incident/problem management and service delivery.
• Lead ISO 27001 / SOC 2 readiness, security controls and audit requirements.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors, budgets and technology procurement.
• Lead and develop the IT Infrastructure & Support team and define technology roadmaps.
