Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Messaging, and Identity Management technologies. The candidate should have hands‑on technical skills, strong scripting and automation experience, team management capabilities, and an AI‑first mindset to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to Microsoft infrastructure and messaging services.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Support and manage Zscaler and Cisco SSE solutions, including integrations and operational support.
• Handle technical escalations, ticket prioritization, and service delivery activities.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high service quality and team development.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Network, and Service Desk teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Promote automation, AI‑driven solutions, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in Active Directory, Messaging, and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Active Directory (AD), Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Microsoft 365, Exchange Online

  • DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO)
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience supporting Zscaler and Cisco SSE environments.
