Job summary

LogixHealth, a leading health IT company in India, seeks an experienced Director of IT Infrastructure to guide a multi-site team in designing and managing scalable enterprise solutions aligned with strategic goals.

You will lead the IT organization, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing automation and innovation across the service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certifications in related fields preferred.
• 15+ years in IT with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-site operations.
• Experience administering cloud infrastructure and SaaS apps (Azure or AWS).
• Strong command of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Entra, and SharePoint.
• Experience with MDM, SSO, email security, and privilege management.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL and MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and information security standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams and vendors.
• Understanding of HIPAA and ISO 27001 compliance.

Purpose

As the Director - IT Infrastructure at LogixHealth, you will guide a talented team to design, implement, and manage scalable enterprise solutions that align with LogixHealth’s strategic goals. Duties and Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will play a key role in fostering innovation, operational excellence, and a culture centered on customer satisfaction. You will join a dynamic organization where your expertise will directly shape the future of our technology ecosystem.

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise IT to meet organizational objectives.
• Oversee and manage the global IT service desk, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across all regions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals dedicated to excellence.
• Drive operational success through measurable KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business needs and ensure seamless delivery of IT.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations efficiently.
• Champion new technologies, automation, and innovative solutions that enhance the IT service portfolio.
