• Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment, retention, and development initiatives to ensure the organization has top talent.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive work environment, promote engagement, and enhance employee experience.
• Performance Management: Design and implement performance systems that drive accountability and employee growth.
