• Represent the organization in important meetings, events and external engagements.
• Take key strategic and operational decisions in consultation with senior management.
• Develop and maintain a strong organizational culture focused on performance, accountability and growth.
• Oversee recruitment, development and retention of key leadership and functional teams.
• Ensure quality standards across academic, administrative and business operations.
• Report organizational performance and strategic updates to the Board/Promoters/Management.
