R1 RCM is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Intelligence for Enterprise Operations in NCR. The role oversees the BI function, leveraging data to drive efficiency and optimize revenue cycle processes across clients.

You will partner with technology to deploy AI-based workflow solutions and monitor KPIs to enable data-driven decisions in a rapidly growing environment.

Role Director (Business Intelligence Enterprise Operations)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence Leader to oversee the Business Intelligence function within R1s Enterprise operations. As R1 continues its rapid growth, we are placing increased emphasis on leveraging data to develop intelligent solutions. These efforts aim to optimize processes and enhance our customers ability to expedite accounts receivable collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the centralized business intelligence team and collaborate across different clients and functions, reporting directly to the VP/SVP/Head of Operations.
• Use extensive data analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste elimination.
• Partner with the technology team to explore and implement AI-based workflow solutions, providing operational insights and testing new solutions for organization-wide implementation.
• Analyze and manage revenue cycle processes to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance revenue capture.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve billing, collections, and account management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Qualification

• A Bachelors/masters equivalent degreeExperience, Skills, And Knowledge Proven experience in revenue cycle management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
