Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in healthcare delivery, revenue cycle management or medical coding leadership.
• Graduate/postgraduate from a reputed institute or preferred.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent understanding of ICD-10, CPT and DRG coding guidelines.
• Proven experience in leading teams, stakeholder communication and cross-functional projects.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
