Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services seeks a senior automation leader in Hyderabad to drive enterprise-scale RPA and BPM initiatives. You will design and implement scalable automation solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor staff to enhance automation capabilities.

Candidate must have 18+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years in leadership, strong C#/ .NET and SQL/Tableau skills, and proven ability to work with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

• Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is essential for designing and implementing scalable automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages like C#, .Net is required for developing custom automation scripts and integrating with existing systems.
• Experience with process automation platforms like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management (BPM) is crucial for optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development tools like JIRA is necessary for managing code changes and tracking project progress.
• Attain and Leverage Strategic Relationships: Ability to develop and strengthen collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and Develop Others: Ability to lead others to accomplish organizational goals and objectives; provide meaningful coaching and mentoring to increase the capabilities of individuals and teams and drive employee engagement.
• Communicate with Impact: Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to effectively engage others and achieve desired results.

• Oversee the day-to-day enhancement activities and product support of the Automation organization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions and services to address and translates their needs.
• Drives adoption of the company automation strategy and simplification processes.
• Assist the AVP in the development of ITGs strategies using strategic planning concepts.
• Direct strategic development, management, and deployment of automation development across business lines.
• Ensure application design to manage and maintain data security and integrity.
• Ensures the utilization of software release management.
• Provide enterprise consultation on automation best practices and development.
