Job description

• Maintain overall control and deep understanding of projects by collecting relevant data and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Track and review the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to ensure alignment with strategic goals and the timely delivery of milestones.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

• Monitor and ensure timely approvals and adherence to statutory requirements across all project phases.

Project Planning & Progress Monitoring

• Oversee project plans, review progress, and facilitate smooth interdepartmental coordination to achieve project deliverables efficiently.
• Track budgets and Cost to Company (CTC), conduct market benchmarking to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Proactively identify potential risks and changes, raise alerts, and provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.

Process & Systems Implementation

• Support the implementation of robust processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and project governance.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for real-time project tracking and performance analysis.

Strategic Recommendations

• Recommend improvements in cost management, planning, project phasing, and operational processes to enhance overall project outcomes.

Business Development Exposure

• Contribute to business development initiatives and support new project acquisitions, leveraging market insights and strategic foresight.

Regulatory Knowhow

• Possess a strong understanding of Mumbai real estate norms, including slum redevelopment regulations and local compliance frameworks.

Qualification

BE Civil plus MBA with 15+ years of experience in a reputed real estate company.
