Job summary

HBS in India seeks a senior leader to drive business development and design leadership for our studio. You will forge strategic client relationships, guide project delivery, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality architecture solutions across commercial and residential sectors.

You will travel for client meetings, review contracts, and shape financial planning while promoting sustainable design practices. This role reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 12+ years of experience in architecture and design.
• Proven leadership in business development and project delivery.

Responsibilities
