Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations
• Support preventive maintenance, calibration, inspection, and testing of instrumentation equipment under supervision
• Learn and follow established maintenance procedures, work instructions, safety standards, and operational practices
• Assist in troubleshooting instrumentation issues and participate in identifying corrective actions during breakdowns
• Support engineers in monitoring and improving instrumentation system performance and equipment reliability
• Assist in maintaining maintenance records, calibration reports, and equipment history in SAP or other maintenance management systems
• Participate in plant shutdown and turnaround activities related to instrumentation systems
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors under the guidance of senior engineers
• Assist in the inspection and verification of instrumentation materials and spares received at the plant
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and other plant operational activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and operational excellence programs
• Adhere to all safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements of the organization
