Job summary

Konecranes is looking for a Diploma Electrical Trainee to support the Crane Service team on site in Gujarat. You will work with the branch planner, accept work packages, and assist with fault recording and cost estimation for repairs.

Good English communication, teamwork, and basic MS Office skills are expected, along with awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards. Location: Gujarat; potential assignments in Delhi & Pune.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical competencies and skills; good written and verbal communication in English; ability to work in teams; knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work assignments are planned by the branch and assigned to the Trainee.
• Accept work packages and enter work against SR/WP.
• Cannot create new service requests except through “do work”.
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method.
• Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with customers to guide informed buying decisions.

Job Description

We are now looking for Diploma Trainee who is passionate about working with our Crane Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for services and maintenance at site location.

• Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and assigned to the Trainee.
• The Trainee accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
• The Trainee cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method.
• Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical Competencies and skills we expect for this role: Good written and verbal communication in English, any other language is a plus Ability to work in teams Knowledge of MS Office
