Responsibilities

• Accept work packages and record against SR/WP.
• Cannot create new service requests (except through do work).
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method.
• Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with customers to inform buying decisions based on recommendations.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.
