Digital Twin Operations & Service Engineer
- Support global customers in maximizing asset performance through Digital Twin-based monitoring, diagnostics, reliability assessment, and predictive maintenance solutions.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Digital Twin models representing substations, power quality systems, transformers, switchgear, and other power system assets.
- Analyze operational and condition monitoring data to generate actionable recommendations for maintenance planning, risk mitigation, and asset lifecycle optimization.
- Act as a technical interface between customers, service teams, product management, and R&D to support solution deployment, troubleshooting, and product enhancements.
- Investigate equipment performance issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Configure and manage asset hierarchies, network models, equipment parameters, equipment component tree, test reports, As built documentation.
- Support condition monitoring, health analysis, risk mapping, alarm management, predictive analytics, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
- Contribute to new Digital Twin feature validation, testing, and customer onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Your background:
- 5+ years of experience in operation, maintenance, engineering, or asset management of substations, power plants, renewable energy facilities, or industrial electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of high-voltage equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, GIS, AIS, switchgear, protection systems, STATCOM, SVC, or related grid assets.
- Knowledge of Digital Twin concepts, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, asset health assessment, and data analytics is desirable.
- Understanding of power system operation, electrical asset diagnostics, and failure analysis methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, IoT architecture, edge computing, and industrial digitalization initiatives are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Self-motivated professionals capable of independently driving technical activities from concept to implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
