Job summary

PwC India seeks a consultant to deliver process and SAP/ERP transformation engagements across P2P, R2R, OTC and FP&A from Bengaluru. You will run assessments, gather requirements, and design future-state operating models while identifying automation opportunities to reduce costs.

You will document business requirements, build user stories and wireframes for technology teams, and support internal tool development as product-owner. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Run current-state assessments: process diagnostics, maturity assessments, and benchmarking.
• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements; perform fit-gap analysis of client needs against existing solution and roadmap capability.
• Design future-state operating models and to-be processes, including simplification, standardization and re-engineering opportunities.
• Define process governance, SLAs, KPI frameworks and continuous improvement mechanisms that scale.
• Identify and size automation, agentic AI and analytics opportunities to reduce manual effort and operating cost.
• Build business cases, investment proposals, value realization plans and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, business workflows, storyboards, mockups and UI flows for technology teams.
• Support internal tool and asset development as product-side owner: release scope prioritization, wireframes, sample/scenario data, validation and solution reviews.

Mandatory skill sets

• Hands-on process depth in at least two of P2P, R2R, OTC or FP&A.
• Demonstrated delivery experience in business process consulting, process design and improvement, SAP/ERP transformation.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) or another leading ERP platform.
• Exposure to process mining, modelling tools such as Signavio/Celonis etc. and BPM/EA toolsets such as ARIS, iGrafx, Lean IX.
• Experience in AI CoE set up, agent deployment etc.
• Ability to author business analysis artefacts: functional requirement specifications, business workflows, conceptual mockups and process documentation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive-grade deliverables.
• Structured problem solving with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Stakeholder management and client-facing skills, including workshop facilitation with client process owners.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with executive-level presentation ability.
• Project management discipline: planning, prioritization, multitasking, high ownership and execution focus in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skill sets

• Prior experience with a Big 4 or comparable consulting firm.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience evaluating or deploying process mining/modelling platforms.
• SQL and data quality/data management experience.
• Applied experience with Agentic AI and automation solutions in delivery or process design.
• Product owner exposure for internal tool development, including wireframing and backlog management.
• Change management and team leadership or coaching experience (expected for Senior Associates).
