About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic IT Transformation Lead to spearhead digital and technology transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role is critical in aligning IT strategy with business goals, driving innovation through automation and AI, and ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute the IT transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including ERP modernization (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), HRMS migration, and cloud adoption.
• Champion digital innovation through AI, RPA, and data-driven platforms.
• Oversee enterprise-wide transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead PMO functions including project intake governance, prioritization, and vendor coordination.
• Drive change management and user adoption across business units.
• Provide architectural leadership across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.
• Govern critical systems such as ERP applications and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Lead data platform modernization and AI/ML integration.
• Design and implement automation workflows for business optimization.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across systems.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business and IT leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver transformation outcomes.
• Facilitate governance boards and steering committees.

Qualifications, experience and skills required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP, cloud, and AI/automation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications in PMP, TOGAF, or Change Management are a plus.
