Hire Digital is seeking a Digital Project Manager (Full-time, Remote) to support design and web projects for clients. This role combines client-facing account management capabilities with strong project execution skills across digital and creative workflows.

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing end-to-end website builds, creative production timelines, and cross-functional teams. You are comfortable navigating CMS and CRM platforms, collaborating with designers and developers, and ensuring that digital deliverables align with client goals. You must demonstrate familiarity with the digital project lifecycle, including working with Figma files and understanding SEO and web best practices.

• Manage and coordinate the execution of website and creative projects from scoping through delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust, gathering requirements, and translating feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences on time and budget.
• Review Figma files, export necessary assets, and work with creatives to ensure alignment with the brief.
• Oversee the production process across CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Track progress, manage timelines, and resolve bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital projects, including websites, landing pages, and design deliverables.
