Remote Office is seeking an AI-first Project Manager to lead and oversee projects and retainers within Marketing Technology solutions. The PM will translate clients' goals into strategic plans, ensuring data-driven decisions are integrated for value-driven outcomes.

You will collaborate with MarTech specialists, Data and Decisioning experts, and Strategic Consultants; manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and risks; act as the primary client contact and drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience integrating AI into PM workflows to improve reports, plans, and automation.
• 3+ years in project management and 1+ year in MarTech or related industry.
• PM certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) preferred.
• Experience in service agencies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of content and digital asset management, customer data, web/mobile analytics, and marketing automation.
• Experience with data analytics, AI, and ML projects is a plus.

Employment Type: Permanent Remote

Engagement: 160 hours required per month / 7.5 hours per day.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI-first Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects and retainers within a diverse range of Marketing Technology solutions. The Project Manager will be a key player in translating our clients' business goals into strategic plans, ensuring the seamless integration of data-driven decisions, and providing first-class consultancy to guarantee value-driven outcomes. This role requires confidence and experience in using AI to create efficiencies in the Project Management workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Marketing Technology projects and retainers, from strategic planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives and company's offerings.
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including MarTech specialists, Data and Decisioning experts, and Strategic Consultants, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Develop and execute project scopes, timelines, and budgets, while continuously monitoring and mitigating potential risks and issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and effective communication to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Apply a strategic approach to project delivery by leveraging a deep understanding of Marketing Technology, Data Analytics, and Decisioning practices, ensuring that solutions align with clients' long-term goals.
• Manage change effectively by implementing operation process improvements, enabling client training and development, and supporting change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive the growth and success of the company, contributing insights for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Demonstrated work practice of integrating AI into project management workflows to create efficiencies - for example creating reports, project plans, automating communications, shortcutting data entry tasks.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and 1+ years within the Marketing Technology (Salesforce, Adobe etc.) or related industry.
• Experience in service agencies preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, preferably involving MarTech, Data Analytics, and Consultancy.
• Attention to detail, ability to self-organise, manage competing priorities, and strong administrative skills are a must.
• Strong understanding of Content and Digital Assets Management, Customer Data Management, Web and Mobile Tracking, Analytics, and Marketing Automation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Experienced in managing diverse methodology in project management.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) is preferred.
• Prior experience with Data Analytics, AI, and ML projects is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
