Job summary

The Glove is seeking a Digital Program Manager to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive projects, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold 12–16 years of Digital Transformation and Program Management experience, with PMP certification, strong communication skills, and proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. Adobe products experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, and Agile Coaching.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive consensus within diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to drive projects forward.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
• Track internal and external deadlines to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively to provide clarity on project statuses to team members and management.
• Facilitate and lead meetings such as planning sessions, project tracking, retrospectives, and weekly sync-ups.
• Create comprehensive release reports and other necessary documentation.
• Identify problem areas and partner in defining and implementing new processes.
