Job summary

Group Bayport is seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to manage high-speed digital printing equipment during the 9PM–6AM shift. The role requires hands-on experience with digital and solvent printing, dye sublimation, and a keen eye for color accuracy.

You will monitor machines, perform setup, maintain quality, and collaborate with the production team to meet tight deadlines while adhering to safety and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed digital printing machines (EFI, Roland, HP).
• Ensure print jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform accurate color matching and maintain color consistency throughout production.
• Assist with machine setup (make-ready) and job start-up processes.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on printing equipment.
• Follow all QA/QC procedures to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or print issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal disruptions.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Be flexible to work overtime or shifts as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital and/or solvent printing & Dye sublimation technology printing, strong attention to color accuracy, and the ability to maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced production environment.
