Job summary

Group Bayport in Horizon Industrial Park, Bilaspur Tauru Road, Bilaspur, is seeking a Printing Machine Operator to manage high-speed digital printing equipment including solvent and sublimation workflows.

You will ensure color accuracy, perform setup, maintenance, and QA/QC, and work in a fast-paced production environment with possible shift work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in printing, print production, or solvent printing.
• Excellent color vision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed digital printing machines (EFI, Roland, HP etc).
• Ensure print jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform accurate color matching and maintain color consistency throughout production.
• Assist with machine setup (make-ready) and job start-up processes.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on printing equipment.
• Follow all QA/QC procedures to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or print issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal disruptions.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Be flexible to work overtime or shifts as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to manage and operate high-speed digital printing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital and/or solvent printing & Dye sublimation technology printing, strong attention to color accuracy, and the ability to maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced production environment.
