Qualifications

• Strong track record in process mining, automation, and AI-enabled transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global digital roadmap for GES, aligning process mining, automation, and AI initiatives with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Build enterprise-wide process mining capabilities, driving process transparency and data-driven improvement.
• Lead the automation strategy across workflow automation, intelligent automation, orchestration, and RPA modernization.
• Develop and execute the strategy for Agentic AI and emerging AI technologies, identifying high-value use cases.
• Govern demand, prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions while balancing innovation and value realization.
• Partner with leadership and external vendors to align priorities and deliver transformation outcomes.

Job Title: Digital Partner GES, Automation & Process Mining

Location: Hyderabad, India

The Digital Partner GES, Automation & Process Mining serves as the strategic technology leader connecting business and Digital & Tech teams to accelerate enterprise transformation. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and value realization of process mining, intelligent automation, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities across global functions. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the position drives productivity, compliance, operational excellence, and user experience improvements through scalable digital solutions while shaping the future operating model for GES.

Your key responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the global digital roadmap for GES, aligning process mining, automation, and AI initiatives with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Build enterprise-wide process mining capabilities, driving process transparency, conformance analysis, and data-driven improvement opportunities.
• Lead the automation strategy across workflow automation, intelligent automation, orchestration, and RPA modernization to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and execute the strategy for Agentic AI and emerging AI technologies, identifying high-value use cases and enabling responsible adoption.
• Govern demand, prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions while balancing innovation, value realization, cost efficiency, and operational stability.
• Partner with GES leadership, Group Functions, Digital & Tech teams, Architecture, Data & AI, and external vendors to align priorities and deliver transformation outcomes.

You bring:

• Proven experience in digital partnering, enterprise technology, or transformation leadership roles within complex global organizations
• Strong track record in process mining, business process optimization, intelligent workflows, automation, and related transformation programs
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, including Agentic AI, and the ability to translate innovation into practical business value.
• Demonstrated capability in roadmap development, portfolio management, investment governance, and value realization.
• Experience influencing senior executives and leading initiatives across matrix organizations with diverse priorities and functions.
• Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
