Rolling Arrays is seeking an SEO and digital marketing lead to own organic growth, website performance and lead generation for our subsidiaries across Southeast Asia. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and shape how our business and brands show up online.

You will drive technical and content SEO, oversee website improvements, leverage AI tools for marketing assets, integrate CRM, and track ROI to inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong SEO/AIO track record.
• Experience in email marketing and using marketing automation tools.
• Solid grasp of website metrics, analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with SEO/SEM tools and WordPress CMS.
• Experience using AI tools to create marketing assets (copy, blogs, visuals).

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO and AI optimisation across subsidiaries and markets.
• Run technical audits for site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup.

Role Summary:

Skyform is a fast-growing digital and AI transformation group. We’re looking for an SEO and digital marketing lead to own organic growth, website performance and lead generation for our subsidiaries across Southeast Asia (PS Global, Enouvo and Isatec). You’ll work directly with senior leadership and shape how our business and brands show up online.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital marketing strategy: Lead SEO and AI Optimisation across all subsidiaries and markets, covering traditional search and AI-era search (AIO, GEO, AEO and SXO). Stay ahead of trends such as AI search tools, voice search and mobile-first indexing.
• Technical SEO: Run technical audits and fixes for site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup and analytics integration.
• Website: Work with marketing team to oversee website management and redesign, with fast load times, intuitive UX, clear navigation and content that reflects each brand.
• Content: Drive content strategy and optimisation, including keyword research, on-page improvements, AI-assisted blogging for market insights and quality visuals that lift engagement and conversions.
• CRM: Implement and integrate CRM systems to capture, track and nurture leads from web forms, enquiries and campaigns, automate follow-ups and align with the sales pipeline.
• Reporting: Track organic traffic, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and CRM dashboards, and give data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, development and sales teams to build digital best practice into new projects and campaigns.
• Group-wide campaigns and events: Drive group-wide campaigns and events that bring our subsidiaries together under one stronger brand story. You’ll have direct exposure to subsidiary CEOs, and you’ll build strong collaboration across our businesses to turn shared ideas into results.

What you bring (must-have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong SEO/AIO track record
• Experience in email marketing
• Solid grasp of website metrics, web analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency with SEO/SEM tools and CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Proficiency in using AI tools to develop marketing assets, including copy, blog content, images and video
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation
• Strong writing skills and clear communication, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels
• Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects to deadline
