DX & Rise is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to grow the digital presence across three websites. You will develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, drive lead generation and ensure brand consistency, reporting performance to management.

You will independently manage day-to-day digital marketing activities, coordinate external agencies and specialists, and manage budgets and analytics to optimize results.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing multiple websites or brands.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content and performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing multiple websites or brands.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content and performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities and coordinate external vendors.

Package

This role has an all-inclusive package of INR 30,000 monthly. The role also has performance-linked incentives.

Location, working hours.

This role is based in our office in Kalamassery, Kochi. Working hours are from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
