• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role within a business/agency setting.
• Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office (Must be willing to commute to Kakkanad Kochi office daily).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and key social channels.
• Manage SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic visibility and performance.
• Create and curate high-converting marketing content, email sequences, and landing page messaging tailored to target buyer personas.
• Manage social media content calendars and maintain an active, engaging brand presence.
• Track and optimize lead generation flows from initial click to conversion, collaborating with sales for lead quality.
• Analyze buyer behavior, campaign data, and market trends to align digital initiatives with revenue targets.

• Manage social media content calendars and maintain an active, engaging brand presence.
• Track and optimize lead generation flows from initial click to conversion, collaborating directly with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
• Analyze buyer behavior, campaign data, and market trends to align digital initiatives with revenue targets.
