Renowned Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute campaigns for its real estate projects. The role requires hands-on experience in lead generation, social media management, and online advertising.

You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, collaborate with designers and external agencies, and monitor CPL and ROAS to drive conversions and traffic. Immediate joiners preferred, with a focus on measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in social media management, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
• GA4, Google Search Console, and tracking tools knowledge.
• Strong analytics, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, website traffic, and lead conversion.
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies for marketing creatives and campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Optimize landing pages, website content, and lead generation forms to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and improve lead-to-site-visit conversions.
• Support SEO activities, keyword research, website optimization, and content marketing.

Renowned Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for its real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media management, and online advertising, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, website traffic, and lead conversion.
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies for marketing creatives and campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Optimize landing pages, website content, and lead generation forms to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, monitor follow-ups, and improve lead-to-site-visit conversions.
• Support SEO activities, keyword research, website optimization, and content marketing.
• Manage digital promotions for property launches, project events, offers, and other marketing activities.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; real estate industry experience is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in social media management, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and tracking tools.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual CTC: 3.0 LPA 4.2 LPA.
• Salary will be based on relevant experience, technical skills, and campaign performance.
