Star Estate is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive lead generation for residential real estate projects from Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on management of campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, collaborating with channel partners and agencies to deliver high-quality leads.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of real estate digital marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to manage ₹1–3 Cr monthly budgets while optimizing CPL and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate digital marketing (residential).
• Proven experience working with channel partners or agencies.
• Hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid channels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ₹1–3 Cr monthly campaign budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking, attribution and reporting (CPL, ROAS, conversion funnels).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• This role is only for candidates focused on lead generation.
