• 4+ years in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with luxury, hospitality, weddings, events, or premium brands.
• Proven hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Local SEO, and GBP.
• Proficient across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate qualified enquiries.
• Improve SEO performance and local visibility, including GBP management.
• Create premium content strategies and calendars across social platforms.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, blogs, and lead funnels with developers.

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence, elevate our luxury brand, and generate high-quality leads through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media & Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate qualified wedding enquiries while maximizing ROI and campaign performance.
• SEO & Local Visibility : Improve SEO performance, organic search rankings, and Local SEO initiatives, including active management and optimization of the Google Business Profile (GBP).
• Content Strategy & Social Media Develop and execute premium content strategies and content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Website & Lead Generation : Manage website updates, landing pages, blogs, and lead-generation funnels while working closely with developers to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance, website analytics (GA4), lead quality, conversion rates, and key marketing KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Creative Collaboration : Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, developers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver compelling, consistent, and premium brand communication.
• Research & Database Development Research industry trends, competitor strategies, customer behaviour, wedding-related content, and emerging digital opportunities. Build and maintain a structured marketing database, content library, and digital asset repository for future campaigns.
• Innovation : Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience : 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with luxury, hospitality, weddings, events, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• Performance Marketing : Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Digital Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Platform Knowledge : Experience working across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Analytics : Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and marketing reporting tools.
• Project Management : Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative Mindset : Strong attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and a passion for building premium brands.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pinterest Marketing, YouTube SEO, and LinkedIn Marketing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
