Digital Marketing Manager – Job Description

Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, leads, and sales. Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and other online channels.

Develop and execute marketing plans based on business objectives, target audiences, market trends, and customer behavior. Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels by creating engaging content, maintaining posting schedules, and monitoring audience interactions.

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment. Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor research, and campaign performance analysis. Monitor website traffic, search rankings, conversions, engagement, and other key performance indicators using digital analytics and reporting tools.

Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, web developers, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication and effective campaign execution. Develop and manage marketing content including advertisements, social media posts, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data and market trends. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
