Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, overseeing SEO and paid advertising initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and driving lead generation activities. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and consistent brand messaging. The role also includes monitoring web analytics dashboards, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and engagement strategies.
• Experience with Lead Generation tactics and tools to drive qualified inquiries and conversions.
• Knowledge of Web Analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads, and basic understanding of web development concepts is preferred.
• Ability to interpret data, make strategic recommendations, and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment is an advantage.
