Techdock Labs in Lucknow is seeking a marketing intern to assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for clients and in-house brands. You’ll research audiences, write ad copy, and brief the design team on creatives.

You’ll also manage social media calendars, track engagement, and support lead-generation efforts with basic CRM tasks, gaining hands-on ad spend experience.

About Techdock Labs

Techdock Labs is a Lucknow-based software and growth company with 100+ projects delivered across web & app development, performance marketing, and enterprise solutions. We run campaigns for D2C brands, ed-tech, local businesses, and startups – and we build and grow our own products too. That means you'll work on live campaigns, real budgets, and real results.

What you'll do

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for clients and in-house brands
• Research audiences, competitors, and ad libraries to find winning creative angles
• Write ad copy, hooks, and captions; brief the design team on creatives and reels
• Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and track engagement for multiple clients
• Pull daily/weekly performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions) and flag what's working
• Support lead-generation campaigns, landing page tests, and basic CRM follow-ups
• Stay on top of trends, reel formats, and platform updates – and pitch new ideas

What we're looking for

• Student or recent graduate (BBA, BMS, BCA, B.Tech, Mass Comm, or any stream) with a genuine interest in marketing
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and how ads work
• Good written English and Hindi – you'll write copy for Indian audiences
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and numbers
• Curious, quick learner who takes ownership
• Good to have: Meta Blueprint / Google Ads certification, Canva skills, or a personal page/project you've grown

What you'll get

• Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on performance)
