Job summary

Blessing Softtech, a Pune-based AI and technology company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to work on real campaigns, product launches and brand-building initiatives. You will create content, manage social media platforms, support paid advertising and analyze performance to drive growth.

You will collaborate with the marketing and Founder's Office teams to build brand awareness, generate leads and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates from any academic discipline.
• Demonstrable experience managing at least one social media account, page or marketing campaign.
• Ability to share at least three original content pieces created independently.
• Understanding of social media engagement and audience growth.
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, advertising and content creation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop engaging social media posts, reels, carousels, short-form videos and promotional creatives.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, headlines and marketing copy.
• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, captions, transitions and engaging storytelling.
• Support paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Assist with audience targeting, creative testing, campaign budgets and performance reporting.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO, blog content and on-page optimization.
• Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Research competitors, industry trends and viral content opportunities.
• Identify relevant influencers, creators and potential brand collaboration opportunities.
• Track marketing KPIs, including reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, cost per lead and conversions.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve content creation, research, design and video production.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work on real marketing campaigns, product launches and brand-building initiatives. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, supporting paid advertising campaigns and analysing marketing performance.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research and content marketing.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content writing, image generation and video creation.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi or Marathi will be an added advantage.
