Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing funnel creation.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Hands-on experience in HORECA, FMCG, Apparel, Hospitals, or Consulting industries.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and outreach strategies.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
• Design and manage YouTube advertising campaigns.
• Create and monitor Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
• Support in creating go-to-market strategies for various products.
• Assist in identifying and managing influencer partnerships.
• Help strategize influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Build marketing funnels from awareness to conversion stages.
• Track user journeys and optimize each stage for better performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for different campaign creatives and offers.
• Conduct keyword research and manage SEO strategies.
• Support SEM initiatives and ensure best practices across campaigns.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page SEO and blogs.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing insights for the leadership team.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing and lead generation alignment.
