Job summary

Netxwebi IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels for clients. You will collaborate with the marketing team to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

The role demands proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and strong SEO/SEM knowledge. You’ll manage email marketing, budgets, and ROI-driven activity from a Bengaluru base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/GA4.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate reports.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts/campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console.
• Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing assets.
• Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, automation).
• Track KPIs (traffic, conversions, CTR, ROAS, CAC) and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending for multiple client accounts.
