Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
• Experienced with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp with monthly calendars.
• Design posts, ads, brochures, and exhibition materials; shoot and edit reels and product videos.
• Manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads; oversee websites and Google Business Profiles.
• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing; build segmented contact lists.
• Build and maintain customer/prospect database; ensure leads are CRMed and handed to sales.
• Monitor market trends; track competitors and benchmark products; prepare reports.
• Coordinate exhibitions and dealer meets, including branding, invitations, and lead capture.
• Provide monthly reports on leads, costs per lead, campaign results, and social growth.

About the Role

Sunmount Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company’s online presence, create digital content and support marketing and lead‑generation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Content and social media: Plan, create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp; keep a monthly content calendar for each company.
• Design and video: Design posts, ads, catalogues, brochures and exhibition material; shoot and edit reels, product videos and site videos.
• Digital marketing: Run SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; manage websites, Google Business Profiles and B2B portals such as IndiaMART.
• Email and WhatsApp marketing: Build segmented contact lists and run newsletters, product launches and offer campaigns.
• Database and leads: Build and maintain a database of customers and prospects; make sure every lead reaches the CRM with its source and is passed to sales promptly.
• Market research: Track competitors, their products and prices; follow new solar products and technologies worldwide; benchmark our product portfolio against competitors and share a monthly/quarterly report.
• Exhibitions and meets: Ensure our participation, presence and complete preparation for exhibitions and dealer and installer meets, including stall branding, material, invitations, lead capture and follow‑up.
• Reporting: Share a monthly report on leads, cost per lead, campaign results and social media growth.

Skills required

• Graduate; a background in marketing, mass communication, design or an MBA is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
• Up to date with social media trends, formats and platform best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT; AI Tools and CRM experience is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Organised, curious and self‑driven, with an eye for detail.
• Experience in solar, industrial or B2B marketing is a plus.
