Job summary

Chandan Industries Shree Mitra Paints seeks a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta and other online platforms. You will grow the company presence on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn while creating engaging content and managing SEO efforts.

The role involves handling Google Ads/Meta Ads, generating online leads, monitoring performance, and delivering regular reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Social Media Marketing.
• Experience in Paints, Putty, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials or related industries preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C lead generation and online brand promotion.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other online platforms.
• Manage and grow company presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create and publish engaging social media posts, reels, creatives and marketing content.
• Handle SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization and website visibility.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Generate and manage online leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on leads, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with the design/content team for marketing creatives and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and update website content, Google Business Profile and other digital platforms.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva and social media insights to track performance.
• Support overall brand promotion and online visibility of the company.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms and advertising practices.
• Manage and update WordPress websites, including website content, pages, plugins, basic SEO, and regular maintenance.
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes.

Preferred candidate profile
