Cybernetics Software Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute SEO strategies, optimize content for blogs and landing pages, and plan paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

You will monitor performance with GA4, build email marketing campaigns, manage social media calendars, and collaborate with design teams to improve conversions and refine marketing funnels while staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic
• Write and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, ads, and email campaigns
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Monitor and analyze performance using GA4 and other analytics tools; report on KPIs
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Manage social media content calendars and community engagement
• Improve conversion rates across landing pages and campaigns
• Collaborate with design/content teams on video and visual content
• Develop and refine marketing funnels aligned with business goals
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
