Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager

Social Media Management

• Regularly update and optimize all social media handles.
• Post engaging daily stories and maintain an updated story schedule.
• Schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Tag necessary accounts in posts and stories; add collaborators where required.
• Write and post the first comment on all posts to boost engagement.
• Maintain and update the post schedule/calendar.
• Respond promptly to messages on Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Reply to all comments and Google reviews professionally.
• Design and create engaging social media creatives and posts.
• Develop a content plan for all accounts.
• Research and implement current social media trends to keep content fresh.

Advertising & Campaigns

• Create and maintain an effective ad schedule for Meta Ads.
• Set up and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Amazon Ads.
• Execute targeted WhatsApp campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

E-Commerce & Product Marketing

• Upload and update products, photos, and videos on Amazon.
• Ensure listings are optimized for visibility and sales.

Reporting & Analysis

• Create and share monthly reports on campaigns, performance, and growth.
• Maintain and send task completion screenshots/records as updates.

Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients to get creatives, strategies, and campaigns approved.
• Ensure timely communication and alignment with client goals.
