Job summary

Surendra Elastomers is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to shape our visual identity across product visuals, promotional materials, banners and brochures. You will develop brand-consistent content and collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with business goals.

You will also handle content creation, social media management, and email marketing, crafting captions and templates for mobile devices, while monitoring performance and optimizing reach.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills with portfolio
• Ability to craft concise, engaging digital copy
• Experience coordinating with marketing teams for campaigns

Role & responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design promotional materials, product visuals, digital banners, infographics, and brochures.
• Develop visually consistent branding across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing/sales teams for creatives aligned with campaigns.

• Develop engaging content for website, social media, and marketing materials.

Social Media Management

• Handle company pages across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Plan and schedule regular posts with consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor engagement, respond to followers, and increase brand visibility.
• Analyse performance metrics and suggest growth strategies.

Email & Digital Marketing

• Design and execute mass marketing email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Create visually appealing and mobile-optimized email templates.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and performance analytics.
• Support lead generation and brand awareness through digital initiatives.
