We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to support various digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, planning, and social media management. You will play an important role in assisting our marketing team in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Planning

• Develop, organize, and arrange content for the Creative Holiday Calendar and Product Posts.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Plan, execute, and schedule posts effectively for different social media platforms, ensuring timely updates.

Social Media Management

• Maintain and regularly update the company's Facebook page, ensuring that all posts are engaging, accurate, and consistent with brand voice.
• Upload images, activity posts, and promotional content to Facebook on the same day, ensuring high-quality and well-crafted posts.
• Monitor posts for accuracy and consistency, checking for errors and confirming the post’s relevance before publishing.

Support & Team Collaboration

• Assist the Lead Department and support team members in the absence of the Team Leader.
• Collaborate with the team to support digital campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Provide ongoing digital marketing support and contribute to strategy discussions.

Digital Marketing Tools & Reporting

• Use various service tools (such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, etc.) to monitor and analyze performance data.
• Track campaign success and engagement metrics, providing reports and insights to help optimize strategies.

Research & Trend Analysis

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on objectives and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, especially Facebook.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including content creation, social media strategies, and SEO.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for digital marketing and brand engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content creation and graphic design.
• Knowledge of other social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn is a plus.
