Raunaq Foundations is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.

You will develop strategies, manage paid campaigns, monitor ROI, and collaborate with sales and vendors to grow leads and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or real estate.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for construction and real estate projects.
• Manage social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos and creatives.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns for lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Implement SEO/SEM to improve website visibility and traffic.
• Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies and vendors as needed.
• Maintain and strengthen the company’s online brand presence.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for construction and real estate projects.
• Manage company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and project-related creatives.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns for lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track and improve lead quality and conversion.
• Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage website content and ensure regular updates.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, agencies, and other vendors when required.
• Maintain and strengthen the company's online brand presence.
• Explore new digital platforms and marketing trends relevant to the construction and real estate industry.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other design tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with experience in real estate/construction digital marketing will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
