Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Handle Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation, awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate with content/design teams for creatives.
• SEO activities including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content optimization.
• Monitor website performance, organic traffic, keyword rankings and search visibility.
• Track campaign performance using CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, engagement, and ROAS.
• Coordinate with sales for lead quality and conversions; assist with email marketing and content.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable optimization insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools and best practices.

AD96 is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of all major digital marketing modules and be comfortable handling campaigns, social media, SEO, paid advertising, content, analytics, and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation, awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Handle social media marketing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars and coordinate with content/design teams for creatives.
• Implement SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content optimization, and basic technical SEO.
• Monitor website performance, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search visibility using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, engagement, and ROAS.
• Work on lead generation campaigns and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Assist with content marketing, blog content, landing pages, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Hands-on or practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an added advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of digital marketing activities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any relevant field.
• Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
