About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Writer who can develop engaging content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, and blogs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram content, reel scripting, hooks, storytelling, Telugu content writing, and digital marketing, along with the ability to use AI tools effectively to improve content quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging scripts for Instagram Reels based on client requirements, brand tone, target audience, and campaign objectives.
• Create strong hooks and attention-grabbing openings that increase curiosity and audience retention.
• Write engaging Instagram captions, CTAs, and promotional copy.
• Develop content for Meta Ads, including primary text, headlines, descriptions, and different ad variations.
• Create creative and concise flyer/poster content for various brands and promotions.
• Write Telugu scripts for Instagram Reels, including conversational, promotional, storytelling, and entertainment-based content.
• Create content for different industries such as restaurants, food brands, retail, services, education, technology, and other businesses.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear, creative, and audience-focused content.
• Develop SEO-friendly, plagiarism-free, and highly readable blogs based on given topics and keywords.
• Research topics, competitors, trends, and audiences to develop relevant content ideas.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats such as Reels, carousels, captions, flyers, blogs, and ads.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral content formats, trending topics, hooks, and content styles.
• Use AI tools responsibly and effectively for research, ideation, content structuring, proofreading, optimization, and improving productivity.
• Ensure AI-generated content is properly edited, fact-checked, humanized, and aligned with the brand voice rather than directly publishing raw AI output.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, readability, clarity, tone, and accuracy.
• Work closely with the creative, social media, performance marketing, and design teams to develop campaign content.
• Handle multiple clients and content requirements while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Take feedback positively and make necessary content revisions based on client/team requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing company, social media team, advertising company, or content‑focused role is preferred.
• Experience writing Instagram/Reel scripts, Meta Ads, restaurant/brand promotions, or Telugu social media content will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a portfolio of social media scripts, blogs, captions, or ad copies will be preferred.
