Job summary

CompCraft in Mumbai is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social and email, growing audiences and generating leads under mentorship from a passionate EdTech team. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure and mentorship.

You will optimize campaigns, analyze results with analytics tools, manage social accounts, and collaborate with the content team to drive measurable growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of digital marketing experience; freshers with certifications or live project experience are welcome.
• Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Analytical mindset — able to read data and turn it into clear, actionable decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
