Job summary

India Health Link is seeking a hands-on, organized professional to lead day-to-day digital marketing and support business operations from Bengaluru. You will grow online presence, generate leads, and keep operations running smoothly alongside the Executive Director.

The role requires 0–1 years in digital marketing, with familiarity in campaigns, social media, SEO, and analytics tools. You will collaborate with writers and designers to create content, and regularly report on performance metrics

Qualifications

• 0–1 years in digital marketing. Operations or admin experience is a plus.
• Experience with campaigns, social media, and content coordination is expected.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Manage content calendar and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Set up and monitor Google and Meta ad campaigns; track CPC, CTR and ROAS.
• Perform keyword research and on-page SEO; monitor traffic using GA & Search Console.
• Coordinate blogs, landing page copy, emails and graphics with writers/designers.
• Track leads and share regular performance reports.

Requirements

• Core skills: Strong written and verbal communication, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities.
