Job summary

One Mind Group in Chennai, India is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to plan, execute, analyse and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, driving quality leads and stronger brand visibility.

You will collaborate with content and design teams, perform keyword research, manage SEO and analytics with GA, GTM and Looker Studio, and prepare regular performance reports. Familiarity with Mailchimp and AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing experience.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong SEO knowledge including keyword research and site optimisation.
• Experience with analytics tools: GA, GTM, Looker Studio.
• Familiar with Mailchimp and email marketing platforms.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with content, creative, and internal teams to strengthen brand visibility, drive quality leads, and improve campaign performance through data-driven strategies.

What You’ll Create & Contribute:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Analyse campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and implement effective On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with the Content Team by providing SEO-friendly keywords, insights, and content recommendations.
• Monitor website performance, page speed, search rankings, user behaviour, and conversion data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using analytics and reporting tools.
• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms and monitor client pages.
• Execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to support lead generation and engagement.
• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, and advertising platform updates.

What Makes You the Right Fit:

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, website optimisation, and analytics.
• Hands-on familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for content, research, and marketing support.
• Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
