Job summary

CMPMS Global Private Limited in Chennai is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive to own SEO and website performance for our healthcare/RCM brand. This hands-on role requires prior healthcare marketing experience and the ability to market compliantly to a healthcare audience.

You will manage our WordPress site, run end-to-end SEO, plan digital campaigns, and report insights using Google Analytics and Search Console.

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist/Executive to own SEO and website performance for our healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already worked inside the healthcare industry not just general marketing — and understands how to market compliantly and effectively to a healthcare audience.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end SEO — on-page, off-page, and technical — for our healthcare websites.
• Manage and optimize our WordPress site: content updates, plugins, performance, and uptime.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, content, paid, social, email) built around the healthcare/RCM audience.
• Track performance through Google Analytics and Search Console, and turn data into clear reports and next steps.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) as needed.
• Partner with writers, designers, and healthcare SMEs to ship accurate, compliant content.
• Keep the team ahead of healthcare marketing trends and HIPAA-aware content practices.

What You Bring

• Must-have: Proven digital marketing experience specifically in healthcare or RCM — this isn't negotiable, general-industry experience won't fit.
• Real hands-on ownership of a healthcare website — SEO + WordPress, not just theory.
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
• Working fluency in WordPress — content, plugins, basic troubleshooting.
• Solid grounding across the 5 pillars of digital marketing: SEO, content, social, paid, and email — able to speak to strategy in each.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities without hand-holding.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEO.
• Prior experience with US healthcare clients.
• Work location: Chennai, in-office. Candidates outside Chennai will not be considered — no relocation support offered.
• Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.
• Notice period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
• Type: Full-time.
