Qualifications

• 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, targeting, retargeting and conversion optimization.
• Experience generating quality leads and driving sales through digital channels.
• Good knowledge of content creation, ad copywriting, Reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to understand campaign data, ROI and performance metrics.
• Creative, proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to independently plan and run digital marketing campaigns.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, leads, and sales.
• Plan, create, and manage social media content including posts, Reels, videos, and creatives.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
• Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and promotion.
• Create engaging marketing content, ad copies, captions, and campaigns.
• Generate and improve the quality of sales leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Track CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools.
