Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Deployment Lead for pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams at site level, manage deployments, and align local processes with global program requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in pharma and 5+ years leading site-level deployments, with strong GMP knowledge, change management, and stakeholder engagement across matrix structures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 5 years leading site-level projects in manufacturing, operations, digital, IT, or enterprise system deployments.
• Experience with manufacturing site teams and delivering organizational change.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, systems, workflows, and data.

Experience Required

Deployment Experience

• Experience leading or supporting enterprise system deployments.
• Hands-on experience with testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to execute deployment plans aligned with local business processes and operational requirements.

Manufacturing Knowledge

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated environments, compliance, data integrity, change control, and operational continuity.
• Ability to assess the impact of digital solutions on business processes and manufacturing operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise systems such as:
