Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a senior deployment lead to steer site-level implementations across manufacturing and IT within GMP environments. You will coordinate testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring operational continuity while managing stakeholders.

You will collaborate with site leadership, business teams, IT, and global program groups to drive smooth adoption of enterprise systems through structured deployment methodologies and effective change

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading site-level projects in manufacturing, operations, digital, IT, or enterprise system deployments.
• GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, compliance, data integrity and change control knowledge.
• Experience in enterprise system deployments including testing, training, cutover, go-live and hypercare support.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience in matrix organizations with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualification
